Orders & payment
All prices are shown in euros. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds; you will receive a confirmation email with the details.
Digital products
Digital downloads become available in your account immediately after payment. They are licensed for your own professional or personal use and may not be redistributed or resold.
Physical products & returns
Physical products are shipped after payment. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
